Common questions

How do I copy a property listing to paste into iSloka?

Open any Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com listing page. Press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select all the text on the page, then Ctrl+C or Cmd+C to copy it. Switch to iSloka, paste into the analysis box, and click Analyze. The more complete the listing text, the more accurate your report.

Why am I seeing a “Loading” screen on signup?

This usually means your browser is still loading the page. Wait 5–10 seconds and the form should appear. If it doesn't, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try a different browser or clear your cache, then email support@isloka.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account dashboard, click Account Settings, then Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again. If you can't find the cancel option, email billing@isloka.com and we'll process it for you same day.
