Make property analysis fast, honest, and accessible to every solo real estate investor — not just the ones with teams, spreadsheets, and six-figure software budgets.
The problem we're solving
Real estate deal analysis is slow, subjective, and expensive. A good investor needs to evaluate dozens of listings before finding one worth pursuing — but each analysis takes 30 minutes or more between spreadsheets, comp searches, and rehab estimates.
Most AI tools give generic answers. iSloka gives you a complete deal report — rehab estimate, ARV, flip math, BRRRR math, rental yield, and a plain-English Red/Yellow/Green deal score — all from pasting a listing.
How we build
Deliberately
We ship fewer features, better. Every part of iSloka is tested and polished before it goes live. We don't ship a half-baked product to get to market faster — we ship a complete one.
Honestly
iSloka is an analysis tool, not a licensed financial advisor. We say that clearly. If the AI isn't confident in a number, the report says so. No false precision.
Founder-led
Every product in the iBrothers Group portfolio is actively managed by a founder, not a product manager. The people building iSloka use iSloka. That matters.
Who we are
iSloka is built by Brijesh Patel, founder of iBrothers Group — a family of focused software companies based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Brijesh immigrated to the United States and built iSloka from scratch because he watched too many real estate investors — including himself — spend hours on manual deal analysis that a well-designed AI tool could do in seconds. iBrothers Group is named for the spirit of building together: every company in our portfolio is focused on a single market, built deliberately, and founder-managed from day one. iSloka is our first launch.
