What is iSloka?
iSloka is an AI-powered deal analysis tool for real estate investors. You paste the full text of any property listing — from Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, MLS, or FSBO — and iSloka returns a complete deal report in about 60 seconds. The report includes a rehab estimate, ARV, flip math, BRRRR math, rental yield, and an honest Red/Yellow/Green deal score.
How accurate are the deal reports?
iSloka uses AI trained on real estate data and the specific details in your listing to estimate rehab costs, ARV, and returns. Accuracy depends on the quality of the listing data — a detailed MLS sheet with agent remarks and condition notes will produce a more accurate report than a thin Zillow card. iSloka gives confidence ratings on key figures so you know where to do additional due diligence.
Is iSloka providing financial or investment advice?
No — and this is important. iSloka is an analysis tool, not a licensed financial advisor or real estate broker. Reports are based on listing data you provide and AI estimation. They are not a substitute for a professional appraisal, inspection, or advice from a licensed real estate professional. Always perform your own due diligence before making any investment decision. How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 3 free deal reports. No credit card required. Your 3 reports are available immediately after signing up — no waiting period, no drip. When you've used all 3, you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan.
What's included in each pricing tier?
Starter ($29/mo) includes 10 reports per month. Pro ($79/mo) includes unlimited reports and priority support. Team ($199/mo) includes unlimited reports, multiple team seats, and a shared dashboard. All plans include full AI analysis, rehab estimates, ARV, flip/BRRRR/rental math, deal scoring, and report history.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime, no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We'll email you a confirmation. If you cancel by mistake, you can resubscribe at any time — your report history stays intact.
What property listing sources can I paste?
Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, MLS listings, FSBO listings, or any property description you have. Open any listing page, press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy the full page text, then paste it into iSloka. The more data you paste — price, beds/baths, square footage, year built, agent remarks, condition notes — the more accurate your report.
What if the AI gets a number wrong?
All estimates come with confidence ratings. If the AI isn't sure about a figure, the report says so. For numbers that look off, check them against local comps and your own rehab knowledge — iSloka is a starting point for analysis, not a final word. If you believe a report is clearly inaccurate, email billing@isloka.com within 7 days for a refund review.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund policy. If you run a report and believe the output is clearly wrong or unusable, email billing@isloka.com within 7 days of the charge with the report ID and what you think is off. We'll review it and issue a refund if warranted. We can't refund reports that were accurately generated but led to a deal you didn't pursue.
Is my data sold or shared?
No. Listing text you paste is sent to our AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate your report. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your listing data to train future AI models. Your reports and account data are stored securely and can be exported or deleted at any time from your account settings.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. iSloka is currently a web app that works well on mobile browsers. A native iOS/Android app is on the roadmap. We'll announce it when it's ready.
Can multiple users share an account?
The Team plan ($199/mo) includes multiple seats so your acquisition team can run reports under one subscription. Each member gets their own login and report history. Starter and Pro plans are for one user.
Do you support international properties?
iSloka is primarily built for US properties — the rehab cost estimates and comparable sales analysis are calibrated for US markets. You can paste international listings and the AI will do its best, but accuracy will be lower outside the US. International support is on the roadmap.
How is iSloka different from PropStream, DealMachine, or BatchLeads?
PropStream, DealMachine, and BatchLeads are lead generation tools — they help you find properties and contact owners. iSloka is a deal analysis tool — it helps you evaluate a specific property once you've found it. Most serious investors use both: lead gen to find deals, iSloka to analyze them fast.
Who built iSloka?
iSloka is built by iBrothers Group — a portfolio of focused consumer and B2B software companies based in Indianapolis, Indiana. iSloka is our first launch, focused on AI tools for real estate investors.
What AI model powers iSloka?
iSloka uses Claude by Anthropic as its primary AI model for generating deal reports. Claude reads the property listing content you paste and produces the full analysis — rehab estimate, ARV, flip math, BRRRR math, rental yield, and deal score. In some cases, we use OpenAI models for text preprocessing and parsing before the listing reaches Claude. Your listing data is transmitted to these AI providers solely to generate your report and is subject to their respective data handling policies, which we describe in our Privacy Policy.
